Full-Time, Permanent Position

Location: Madrid, Spain

Role and Responsibilities
• Develop new projects and end to end services for existing clients, in order to achieve sales target and expected revenue
• Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients, including studios, producers, and post-production supervisors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and retention by implementing customer experience initiatives
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction, including managing client expectations and resolving issues as they arise
• Maintain sales reporting and analysis to monitor and optimize sales performance.
• Manage the sales budget, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting, and work with the finance team to ensure profitability and cost management
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to identify opportunities for growth and innovation

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will have sales experience in the film post-production industry, as well as:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry contacts
• Deep understanding of the film industry and post-production processes, including dailies, color grading, conforming, VFX, graphics, and sound design
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies based on market trends and changes
• Analytical skills to monitor sales metrics and identify areas for improvement, including experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Both Spanish and English are required in advanced level
