Position Summary:

The Marketing Team Lead plays a critical role in managing and overseeing the localization and adaptation of marketing and promotional materials for theatrical releases and streaming short-form content in international markets. This role ensures that all marketing materials are culturally relevant, linguistically precise, and aligned with the client's brand voice while achieving the strategic objectives and deadlines of global campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the localization of marketing assets for international markets, including trailers, posters, digital content, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality localized content on schedule.
• Review and approve localized marketing assets to ensure cultural and linguistic accuracy.
• Mentor video and graphic artists, providing guidance on technical skills and career development.
• Oversee the delivery of assigned titles/projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
• Partner with leadership, localization, operations, and product teams to enhance workflows and align with global marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
• Provide clear direction and maintain effective communication among all stakeholders throughout the localization process.
• Stay informed on market trends and cultural nuances to guide content adaptation decisions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the localization process to minimize disruptions and maintain project integrity.
• Engage in client communications to deliver updates, address escalations, and support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Graphic Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience (7+ years) in localization, international marketing, or a related field, preferably within the media or entertainment industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Team or resource management experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Cinema 4D (C4D), and Microsoft Office tools is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional and international team environments.
• Deep understanding of cultural nuances and linguistic considerations in key international markets.
• Familiarity with the creative production process and experience handling creative assets.
• Knowledge of localization production elements, including subtitling, GFX localization, dubbing, audio, and online editorial/mastering.
• Proficiency in both Korean and English is required.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and a dynamic work environment.
