Full-Time, Temporary Position (maternity cover)
Location: Madrid, Spain
Role and Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage Audiovisual projects related to Mastering and Theatrical Delivery.
• Be the point of contact between the customer and our internal departments.
• Guarantee good communication and agility to meet our client expectations on time.
• Monitor project progress, acting accordingly to ensure project completion and quality as scheduled and within budget parameters.
• Ability to handle a heavy volume of work, coordinating several projects at various production points (from mastering through delivery).
• Ensure that all client specifications have been respected.
• Proactively identify potential issues/problems with projects in process, formulate a response, workflow improvements and solutions.
• Manage and organise reporting to Head Office and the clients.
• Prepare the Purchase Orders for billing.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a background in audiovisual and film production/distribution, as well as:
• Team player, detail-oriented, ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills: time-management solid skills, the ability to prioritise workload combined with a sense of urgency, working well under pressure and meeting multiple critical deadlines daily.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are critical.
• Must have knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
• Business proficiency in English.
