JOB SUMMARY:
Our Sales Associates (part time) are responsible for delivering an exceptional fan shopping experience at 'Center Court' (our new retail team shop) located in Pinecrest Shopping Center in Orange, OH. They will become a part of our Championship Retail Team and achieve goals related to sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory maintenance, and loss prevention. We are looking for new Sales Associates to join our team in April 2025 to prepare for the opening launch of this new retail location. ** This is a part-time, hourly position, supporting our new Pinecrest Team Shop location, called 'Center Court'. Store hours will be 10:00am-8:00pm (Monday-Saturday) and 11:00am-6:00pm (Sunday).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provides outstanding customer service.
• Utilize Point-Of-Sale (POS) registers through sales and by collecting customer information when directed for marketing initiatives.
• Perform a variety of merchandising tasks including; accurately checking-in and processing new merchandise, performing markdowns, physical inventories and product transfers.
• Achieves sales productivity and incentive goals.
• Maintains daily detailed communications with Team Leader and assists with coordination and execution of special retail projects throughout the Arena.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Assists with support and training of other Team Members when needed.
• Assures protection of company assets while adhering to corporate retail loss prevention policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Previous retail experience preferred, not required.
• Customer service skills.
• Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing or moving. Physical activities include bending, stooping, lifting, climbing, carrying, walking and/or reaching on a frequent basis.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be dependable, reliable, and punctual.
• Detail oriented with strong organization, math and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic a must.
• Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours based on business needs.
• Ability to communicate through e-mail regarding availability, shift requirements and check online personal schedule for reporting times for shifts.
