JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting to the 'Director, Franchise Partnership Marketing', the Coordinator, Franchise Digital Partnerships & Activation helps manage the strategy and development of partner-related business objectives within the digital landscape, and is responsible for supporting the activation and execution of all sponsorship assets within partner agreements while providing exceptional customer service. Key focus towards creation, implementation, and tracking of all partners digital elements. Assist organizational efforts to drive revenue via monetizable digital and social media assets and platforms.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Digital Partnerships:
• Ideate and develop best-in-class digital platforms and innovative ideas to arm our sales teams to sell across the Cleveland Monsters and Cleveland Charge
• Push the growth (revenue & engagements) of digital partnerships. Collaborate with the Partnership Marketing, Development, and Franchise Marketing teams to execute upon contractual digital assets.
• Provide operational oversight of all monetizable franchise digital products. Management of digital rate card, measurement, execution, internal negotiation/vetting, and optimization.
• Regularly network with agencies and digital media companies for the purposes of relationship, marketplace insights and revenue opportunities.
• Manage all current digital contractual activations and ensure future digital obligations are tracked and activated.
• Regularly update and organize central housing of key partner and non-partner digital metrics across all platforms (Web/Social/Mobile App/Email)
• Routinely cultivate and share best practices that have a tangential relationship with sports and entertainment. Leverage those best practices in manner that drives external recognition and internal inspiration.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to report on and discuss ongoing owned projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

Activation:
• Schedule and manage contractual, game day and non-game day events (pre-game parties, single night suite rentals, Zamboni rides, and concourse activations).
• Fulfill partner obligations on all game day events, including but not limited to, ordering suite food and ensuring full setup
• Manage all Franchise LED signage creative and playlists, suite ordering, and game memos.
• Process ticket requests via Salesforce and SeatGeek.
• Manage partner gifting process.
• Capture photos for each game while ensuring proof of performance for each contractual asset.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 1+ years of partnership sales or solutions experience, within an entertainment organization, agency, professional sports team, league, or media is required.
• Experience and expertise in digital marketing and paid social media.
• Consistent attendance at department or company events and games including weekdays, weekends, and occasional holidays.
• A track record of creativity, solutions, driving partnership growth and meeting set goals.
• Known throughout the industry for professionalism when interacting with internal and external contacts.
