JOB SUMMARY:
The E-Sports Seasonal Assistant will aide in the planning and implementation of all E-Sports/Cavs Legion Gaming Club activations within the organization. The primary role will be to serve as a day to day operations assistant with a focus on facility operations, player logistics, and partner activation.

The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience in the gaming industry as well as a high level of professionalism. This person will need strong project management skills, the ability to communicate at a high level, and willingness to learn! The E-Sports Season Assistant must demonstrate the ability to juggle priorities and deadlines in a demanding environment. The successful candidate will have experience managing multiple tasks and account management.
** This is a temporary position from November 2023 - June 2024 paying $15.00/HR. This position requires working onsite at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland, OH approximately 40 hours per week.

Qualifications & Characteristics:
• Base knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint needed.
• Event Experience Preferred.
• Looking for a self-motivated and proactive individual.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to work event hours.
