NOTE: Cineverse is currently a 100% work-from-home company. While we may return to an office environment in the future, we do not have plans to return to an office setting at this time. The Channel Marketing Manager consultant will be a strategic partner of the marketing team – working cross functionally with business development, account management, content partners and third-party streaming platforms. This role requires a forward-thinking marketer who can ideate, execute, and refine innovative campaigns and stunts that drive channel growth and engagement. Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and organizational expertise are essential for success. This consultant position is expected to last 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:
• Run point on a number of vibrant streaming channel communities – emphasizing growth, innovation and creative strategy.
• Serve as the primary interface between marketing, internal partnerships, and third-party streaming platforms, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.
• Strategically manage partner promotional requests, providing creative solutions and ensuring effective, timely execution.
• Communicate innovative stunting plans and schedules to external and internal stakeholders to maximize channel performance.
• Represent marketing in high-level meetings with third-party partners, advocating for marketing initiatives and priorities.
• Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights and updates internally, fostering data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or related roles within studios, major platforms, or streamers and within major US studios, platforms or streamers.
• Customer-obsessed creative thinker – constantly experimenting with new and exciting ways to activate our Fan communities.
• Agile, resilient self-starter with impeccable follow-through.
• Track record of overseeing campaigns from concept to delivery and reporting.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint with the ability to craft compelling, professional presentations.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities to establish trust and alignment with partners and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with email marketing platforms (ESP) and CRMs.
• Knowledge of FAST, SVOD, and hybrid FAST/SVOD ecosystems and trends.
• Familiarity with Adobe Suite for creating and refining marketing assets.
• Expertise in marketing analytics and performance reporting tools.
