The Role

CAA Golf's Creative Services department consists of a team of graphic designers that serve as an extension of CAA Golf's account teams, providing a wide range of creative services – from creative concepts and mood boards, to large scale in venue displays and signage, to custom event branding and collateral, as well as digital and motion graphics. Our team is creative, innovative, nimble, and essential to the overall success of our client programs.

The Creative Services Executive will have direct client servicing experience and manage creative deliverables for client programs, events and activations. This Executive will serve in a leadership position within the Creative Services department and will have oversight of key clients, management of overall department project management and timelines, and management of junior level designers.

Responsibilities
• Work closely with Creative Director to support all of CAA Golf's accounts
• Manage a team and overall project management across the entire Creative Services department
• Directly manage 2+ junior designers while providing meaningful, strategic guidance and mentorship through coaching on research, concept, design and execution of artwork
• Managing processes, timelines and overall creative requests across the entire Creative Services department
• Serve as key Creative Services lead for specific clients and events
• Create design and concepting for creative deliverables; Presents designs to internal teams and/or clients
• Manage assigned project on often very tight timelines
• Maintain communication with account teams and clients regarding projects
• Negotiate with vendors to quote, coordinate, and produce materials within provided budgets; Develop creative budgets when not provided; Manage issues that arise with vendors regarding timelines, expectations, proof approvals, correcting errors, etc.
• Attend client events, providing on-site creative services as well as other event needs
• Execute graphics and manage process with clients, vendors, and account teams
• Manage client branding files, ensuring all are current and readily available for us

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design or relevant discipline preferred
• 8+ years of design experience
• 3+ years in a management capacity
• Project management experience
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong knowledge of design across mediums (print, digital, mobile, experiential)
• High level organization/time management and communication skills
• Analytical with creative problem solving abilities
• Anticipates needs
• Support and service mentality

Additional / Preferred Skills
• Knowledge and interest in the game of golf, sports and events
• Experience with motion graphics, with a working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro

This role will be base in our Jacksonville, Florida office.
