We also provide a range of strategic and marketing consulting services to corporate clients.

CAA Brand Management is currently seeking a Product Approvals Executive.

We are looking for a Product Approvals Executive in the Brand Management/ Product development team. The purpose of this role is to provide product development support across the PD team for brands/ clients we represent.

Product development support – coordinating product approval for certain brands, working on approval systems for example Brand Comply and Media Box . Working with licensees to help push through approvals submissions from concept to production and get product to market. Product & marketing approvals.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
• To play an essential role in the Product Development team (part of the EMEA Brand Management team), implementing the product development and approval process from concept to production on selected brands.
• Provide product development support across multiple categories and specific brands. Making sure product ranges and marketing align with relevant brand guidelines.
• Highly organised ensuring all submissions from licensees are turned around within 48 hours, either via the approval systems or emails.
• Manage the submissions within each approval platform system – mainly Brand Comply & Media Box. Train and develop new and existing licensees on these approval systems.
• Working as part of a team: Communicate and collaborate with colleagues as necessary to provide brand support to progress projects and help Licensees get product to market.
• Ensure licensees have the relevant creative assets for product development, resulting in on brand products launch to market.
• To understand the 'pressure point' of the Product Approvals and use effective skills to achieve results for the Licensors/Client & Licensees.
• Manage the physical product and samples, including storing and sending out to the relevant partners.
• Help with the regular update of status reports, product development trackers and brand decks & presentations.
• Good communicator at all levels and highly adaptive to each Licensor's culture and tone
• Build strong long-term relationships and value partnerships internally and with Licensors/ client & Licensees.
• Attend, arrange and support the Product Development and Brand Managers to key meetings, calls and tradeshows with Licensors/Clients and Licensees.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
• Previous experience working with licensed products or brand management.
• Knowledge of product development timelines and a good understanding of consumer product categories.
• Ability to take initiative, handle multiple projects and prioritise in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
