Praktikant Hospitality & Ticketing (m/w/d)

Deine Tätigkeitsbereiche beinhalten u.a.:

Du unterstützt uns bei der Planung und Umsetzung spannender nationaler und internationaler Hospitality Projekte und wirkst maßgeblich bei den Abläufen des Agenturgeschäfts mit. Über emotionale Kommunikation schaffst Du es, eine Beziehung zum Kunden aufzubauen und Marken sympathisch in die Zukunft zu führen.
• Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und Entwicklung von Hospitality Projekten
• Unterstützung bei der Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung von Hospitality Events inkl. Gästemanagement, Ticketvermarktung und -versand, Kundendatenbankpflege, Hostessenmanagement etc.
• Rechnungsstellung und Führen von Budget- und Kostenübersichten
• Ausarbeitung von Präsentationen mit konzeptionellen Schwerpunkten
• Erstellung von Projektreportings und Dokumentationen

Das bietest Du uns:
• Erste Berufserfahrung im Agenturumfeld idealerweise in den Bereichen Marketing, Event, Ticketing oder Hospitality
• Studium im Bereich Marketing, Werbung, BWL, Kommunikation, Sport oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Selbstsicheres Auftreten und sehr hohe Eigenmotivation
• Verhandlungssichere Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
• Proaktive, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Power Point)
