OVERVIEW
• Responsible for supporting the Payroll Manager in end-to-end monthly payroll processing for a number of our entities across UK, Europe and APAC.
• Partner with wider HR team to ensure monthly changes have been captured.
• Prepare data for submission to the supplier via flexi form or related input template ensuring compliance with company policies and legislation requirements.
• Ensure compliance with pension auto-enrolment regulations.
• Liaise with payroll providers on submissions and deal with any related queries.
• Review and reconcile payroll data within agreed timeframes.
• Produce gross reconciliation analysis and net payments for sign off.
• Respond to employee queries, internal partners, and vendors with a strong customer focus for high quality service delivery.
• Timely submissions and payments for payroll liabilities (pension, HMRC etc).
• Support annual P11D process.
• Assist with process changes as part of continuous improvement program.
• Support Payroll Manager with projects as required.
• Other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
• Strong knowledge of and ideally at least 3 years payroll processing experience, across multiple payrolls.
• Proven experience processing global payroll.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good organisational skills working to tight deadlines.
• Good understanding of in-country time off policies (family leave, sickness).
• Experience of TUPE transfers.
• Able to work independently in a team environment.
• Able to build effective relationships with team members from different functional areas.
• Previous ADP experience preferred (ADP Celergo).
• Experience within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Fluency in German or Italian would be useful but not essential.
