OVERVIEW

Brand Management China is responsible for managing and leading all CAA Brand Management clients, such as Miffy, Peter Rabbit, Paddington Bear, Coca-Cola, Keith Haring, Porsche, McLaren Fords' direction, ensuring their continued growth and viability in the China market across all channels.

Main Responsibilities to include, but limited to:
• Develop strategies and administer licensor's brand extension and licensing programs.

• Formulate and execute category strategies for dedicated brand portfolio.

• Responsible for licensee management including creative, social and media support.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
• Must have solid work experience in licensing and/or retail marketing for consumer goods.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (both written and verbal), good interpersonal skills in order to manage clients and support local licensees.
• Experience working with English-speaking counterparts.
• Creative mindset, willing to learn and a good team player.
• Strong IT skills and a good understanding of MS Office.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Must be organised and have excellent attention to detail.
