Executive Assistant, Atomic Monster

Atomic Monster is looking for a TV Assistant. This role will provide administrative support to a senior executive, including but not limited to managing the executives' calendars, rolling calls, taking meeting notes, and supporting a broad range of creative tasks for the television team. To be successful in this role, you should have previous administrative experience supporting an executive, be an avid reader, be a clear and concise communicator, be willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done and be able to multi-task. This will be a great opportunity to get exposure to the development and procedural side of the business.

Responsibilities
• Managed executive's calendar, coordinate with assistants on scheduling complicated meetings with other high-level executives, setting up phone calls and Zoom meetings, and keeping Executive on time
• Fielding incoming and outgoing calls while maintaining updated phone sheets
• Be able to prioritize a variety of professional tasks, including juggling production schedules and auspices
• Think ahead and have back-up plans; be able to pivot quickly
• Keep track of incoming submissions and development materials
• Be able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
• Partner with other staff and assistants
• Lead and run the intern program for Atomic Monster in addition to helping a variety of tasks around the office
• Provide additional support on miscellaneous tasks

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience supporting creative executives at a studio, production company, management company, agency, or similar company in the media and entertainment industry
• Must be extremely organized, detail oriented, proactive, responsible, resourceful, team player and possess strong communication skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive materials and support confidential discussions with outside parties
• Must work well with others and be a team player
• Ability to plan ahead, anticipate questions and challenges, and does not get easily flustered
• Experience booking travel for high-level executives
• Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities and deadlines
• Have a passion for genre and television
• A strong understanding of the key players in the industry is a plus
