Come Grow With Us! Make your mark in sports in our Traffic Department at Bally Sports Southwest! We are looking for a Traffic Coordinator with great communications skills, detail oriented and able to work well with others. We do linear logs for the Southwest region which includes Texas, Oklahoma, and New Orleans. Our Pro Product teams include the Dallas Mavericks, Dallas Stars, Texas Rangers, Dallas Wings, San Antonio Spurs, Oklahoma City Thunder, and New Orleans Pelicans.
The position works closely with our Sales Team, our Copy Hub in Atlanta, and On-Air Promotions/Marketing team. This position reports to the Traffic Director.

What you'll do:
• Creating and manipulating the daily commercial logs by placing commercials in the proper places on the log based on client specifications and to maximize revenue for the station. Must ensure all our Teams commercial rundowns match the copy placed by our Copy Hub in Atlanta.
• Must meet our daily deadlines.
• Create format templates based on formats received from our Southwest Programming Department. This includes scheduling the programming based on the monthly program schedules released including all program revisions.
• Add materials IDs for all programming on our logs to match what is on the program schedule and in the Wide Orbit Program application.
• Enter orders for all Paid Programming scheduled on the logs based on the weekly originations from Worldlink. This includes creating a weekly SW Infomercial List, entering the materials and applying the copy accordingly.
• Create weekly Log Schedules for distribution to everyone and input the schedule into our Log Tracker application for the Copy Hub in Atlanta.

What to bring:
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not needed.
• Previous Traffic experience is a plus.
• Great oral and written communication skills needed.
• The ability to multitask and deal effectively with changing priorities and deadlines is essential.
• Great attention to detail and organizational skills needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team is needed.
• Knowledge or experience of the Wide Orbit Traffic & Billing is a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook is needed.
