Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Vetting Coordinator to join our team. This role will involve collaborating with Sales, Pod Ops, and show contacts to manage the approval process for potential advertisers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite, and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
• Collaborate with Sales, Pod Ops, and show contacts to review and approve potential advertisers.
• Accurately report responses and track data in our systems.
• Organize and compile category opt-ins.
• Coordinate and facilitate advertiser onboarding calls.
• Assist in product delivery logistics for show hosts.
Qualifications
Required & Preferred:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong multitasking abilities with effective communication skills.
• Proficient in troubleshooting, analyzing, and solving problems.
• Ability to work under pressure with a high tolerance for stress and tight deadlines.
• Demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• 2-3 years of experience in ad operations or sales support is a plus.
Additional Information
Pay Transparency:
The anticipated salary range for New York City-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $65,000/yr - $70,000/yr.
Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
