The focus of this position is to drive results and impact the bottom-line by providing hands-on, full-cycle recruiting, while offering insight, creativity and staying current on innovative sourcing and recruiting techniques to achieve all elements of the recruiting cycle.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
• Manage sourcing and recruiting for openings throughout the company. This includes both partnering with Hiring Managers to aide them in utilizing our applicant tracking system as well as full-cycle recruiting support. (Average of 25-35 reqs per recruiter at any given time.)
• Collaborate with the TA team to build effective sourcing and assessment strategies to achieve hiring results
• Provide regular reporting metrics on KPIs
• Ensure OFCCP and EEO compliance standards are upheld
• Build and maintain a network of passive candidates; understand and implement on-going relationship management
• Source/cold-call passive candidates, screen, and assess candidates to determine job fit
• Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives
• Prepare offer letters, mediate the negotiation process, work with HR to kick off the on-boarding process
• Adhere to internal company processes associated with all aspects of recruiting to maintain compliance

Qualifications

More About You:

Required & Preferred:
• 3+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience (agency and in-house preferred) (Media Industry experience strongly preferred)
• Experience screening/interviewing candidates in verticals such as: digital, sales, technology, product, finance, marketing, audio and video production, content creation, etc.
• Experience providing recommendations to Hiring Managers post phone-screen and being a true partner during the recruitment cycle
• Ability to continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to sourcing and delivering candidates
• Successful track record of achieving targets such as deadlines and recruiting goals and other KPIs as defined
• Self-starter with an incredible work ethic and team first mentality
• Exceptionable ability to tell the company's story in a way that speaks to a job seeker's motivation, career goals, and interests
• Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer branding, candidate management and diversity sourcing
• Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail; proven ability to work effectively and maintain composure in a fast-paced and ever changing environment
• Excellent collaboration skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree desired
