Part-Time Programming & Promotions Assistant (Bilingual)
Audacy Miami, home to the iconic heritage radio station POWER 96 (WPOW-FM), is seeking a dynamic and versatile bilingual professional to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves providing critical support across programming and promotions, ensuring smooth operations and successful marketing initiatives in our diverse market

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
General Support:
• Provide essential support to Audacy Miami managers.
• Perform daily office tasks, including preparing expense reports, maintaining station supplies and equipment.
• Provide clerical and technical support, such as pulling promotions affidavits, summarizing technical issues, scheduling timesheets, and distributing daily commercial logs.
• Facilitate artist and guest station visits.
• Assist in setting up outreach events like community gatherings and job fairs.
• Assist in communication distribution and collection of information among station managers, staff, and Audacy Miami colleagues.
Promotions Support:
• Participate in Promotions meetings and contribute to promo opportunities and ideation, focusing on elevating brand awareness in the community.
• Execute on-site appearances at local venues and other events.
• Set up and staff station events and remote broadcasts.
• Conduct on-site contests and distribute promotional items.
• Promote a positive station image.
• Work closely with Programming and Creative Departments to ensure station branding is reflected in all marketing, imaging, promotions, and digital media.
• Assist in the development and execution of brand and sales promotions.
• Act as a liaison between programming, promotions, and sales in managing client expectations.
• Work with city, local, and community groups on stations' imaging and community outreach.
Qualifications
Required & Preferred:
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, due to our diverse market.
• Prior radio, promotions, or marketing experience.
• Knowledge of Wide Orbit, Promo Suite, Google Suite, Photoshop, Music Master, Adobe Audition, and social media channels.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication, creative, and digital skills; detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Positive attitude, proactive, willingness to learn new technologies and skills.
• Valid driver's license, satisfactory motor vehicle record check, and proof of insurance.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment.
• High school degree required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred, or equivalent experience and training.
• Experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel along with Google Workspaces.
• Five years' experience executing marketing and promotions campaigns preferred.
Schedule:
• Flexible hours with the expectation of working approximately 20-25 hours per week.
• In-office on Tuesdays, with Thursday being optional.
• Schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays to accommodate station events.
• In-person position with occasional remote work opportunities as determined by supervisors.
