Job Title: IT Technician

Work Arrangement: On-site

Audacy Greenville is seeking a qualified IT TECHNICIAN for a short-term, unique project that promises to be both challenging and rewarding.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
• Perform a site-wide upgrade of all laptops and desktops to Windows 11.
• Upgrade critical broadcast computers as required under close supervision of the station's IT Engineer.
• Work performed may include full re-imaging of OS or upgrade in place, depending on the system.
• Schedule upgrades with staff members to ensure a steady flow of upgrades while minimizing user downtime.
• Work closely with IT engineers to resolve any problems arising from system upgrades.

Qualifications

Required & Preferred:
• Associate degree or better in Information Technology.
• Experience with installing and provisioning PC operating systems and redeployment.
• Good customer service skills are a must.
