We are looking for a Production Assistant to support our Production team on our next animated feature!
What you'll get to do
• Liaise with multiple departments and clients (i.e. Client Services, Front of House, Building Services, IT, HR, Production) in order to be the first point of contact for production related requests
• Manage all administration for the Production team including; new starters, leave requests, contact lists and ad hoc as required
• Effectively and efficiently maintain the production calendar, including all related meeting requests from various sites
• Contribute to production documentation, including updates to Production Assistant workflows as well as general project information
• Organize, set up and attend relevant meetings or crew screenings, take and distribute notes as required.
• Responsible for digital delivery of materials between studios
• Provide additional support or temporary cover to coordinators
• Ensure that any and all communication is conducted in a professional, diplomatic and efficient manner
• Attend training as required and continue to actively develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills
• Maintain confidentiality of information/knowledge gained within the Producing team as well as sensitive Company information at all times
• Maintain a committed approach to working in a filmmaking environment; maintain knowledge and interest in story, animation and digital production processes
• Foster and support a knowledge sharing culture
What you Bring
• 1 + years' experience working as an Assistant in film production, post production or game development or experience in a similar role or studies
• Experience with scheduling and calendar management
• Strong computer skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptive attitude with proven experience achieving deadlines and maintaining healthy team spirit while under pressure
• Collaborative team member who actively listens, takes direction, and remains open to feedback
• Demonstrates enthusiasm, positivity, and initiative
• Keen to learn and motivated to contribute to the success of the team and project
• Strong professionalism.
• Passionate about film, with particular interest in animation!

The base wage range for this position is $24.04 - $26.44 per hour. The wage offered for this role will be commensurate with, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, years of experience, relevant education, and other applicable qualifications related to the role. The wage offered is based on a 40-hour work week and is not inclusive on Animal Logic's extended benefits package, long-term incentives, bonuses, overtime pay or other components that may be applicable to the total compensation package for this role.
