Job Summary:

The Division Coordinator – Premium Sales & Services will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of the Crypto.com Arena Premium office, supporting the team, executives, and Premium Members. This role involves office operations, coordinating events, providing executive support, and ensuring all administrative needs are met with professionalism and attention to detail.

Essential Functions:
• Office and Supply Management:
• Oversee the daily operations of the Premium office to maintain a professional and organized work environment.
• Manage office and kitchen supplies, ensuring stock is maintained and ordering necessary items as needed.
• Event and Space Coordination:
• Assist with the planning and execution of staff and Premium Member events.
• Coordinate bookings for conference rooms and Premium Lounges, ensuring seamless scheduling and availability.
• Executive Support:
• Manage calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements for the Senior Vice President (SVP) and Vice President (VP) of Premium Business.
• Prepare and submit expense reports for the SVP and VP in a timely and accurate manner.
• Team Collaboration:
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the SVP, VP, and Manager of Premium Hospitality and Events.
• Work the Arena events on a case-by-case basis.

Required Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred).
• Minimum of 3+ years of administrative or office management.
• Experience in sports, entertainment, or hospitality is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• A proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with team members, vendors, and Premium Members.
• Ability to work non-traditional office hours such as evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, as needed.

Pay Scale: $20.15 - $30.22
