JOB DESCRIPTION:

The CRM Coordinator will assist Ticket Operations and CRM leadership in improving our day to day effectiveness and efficiency. Within Ticket Operations, the candidate will provide clerical, administrative, and operational support under the general direction of Ticket Operations & CRM management.

Within CRM, the individual will support the management of Ontario Reign Customer Relationship Management database. The candidate will develop strong competencies in creating, developing, implementing CRM forms, workflows, and processes, as well as provide end user support.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Process tasks and orders using AXS ticketing software; Implement and support all policies and procedures for the department; Work with Account Executives to assure adherence to proper ticketing guidelines
• Assist with game day operations for home games and special events; Continuously provide excellent customer service to all internal and external clients
• Prepare general financial and ticketing reports. Organize and maintain department files and archives
• Assist with day to day management Ontario Reign and AEG Sports data cleansing, data entry accuracy, validation, and data integrity; Monitor sales activity and provide reporting on conversions and campaign metrics.
• Efficiently/continuously route prospecting leads and campaigns to sales representatives
• Assist in the development of customized reports and dashboards to measure the success of CRM campaigns and other ongoing projects; Assist with ad-hoc data, campaign trend, and analysis requests
• Work cross functionally with internal departments to ensure successful marketing execution and client retention; Provide recommendations on how best to leverage the CRM data and deliver insight for how to improve engagement and create new features to share with team members.
• Special projects as assigned by management

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY:

The CRM Coordinator must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skill and abilities:
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn required business systems.
• Demonstrate the ability to successfully work in a team and with stakeholders across an organization
• Must be comfortable working with data
• Comfortable and capable of delivering under tight deadlines, utilizing time management and organizational skills
• A positive, winning approach, incorporating integrity, confidentiality and discretion
• Highly organized, resourceful, detailed-oriented, quick learner
• Ability to prioritize workload and solve problems efficiently and quickly

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Background in Sports/Entertainment/Hospitality industry preferred
• Interest in hockey and/or other team sports a plus
• Ability to work evenings/nights, weekends and holidays as needed

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

Education:
• High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred)

Experience:
• 2-4 years related work experience
• Experience in database design, Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Outbox/AXS ticketing software

Pay Scale: $16.90 - $24.04

Salary Range: $17.00 to $24.00 Per Hour ($ USD)
