Your Mission

As a People Experience Senior Project Manager, your role will be focused on the successful management and delivery of individual and integrated projects. This role will report to the Director, People Experience Strategy & Effectiveness, responsible for leading and advising the project management, enterprise HR process improvement, and organizational change offices for People Experience (HR Operations & Technology).

The incumbent will lead projects that improve all aspects of HR enterprise transaction along the entire employee lifecycle. This role focuses on forming projects in scope and success metrics, identifying and establishing firm requirements, coordinating design sessions for process engineering and technology optimization, supporting build, testing, cutover, hypercare, and project close activities, as well as change management needs to secure the successful adoption of the delivered change. The role plays a pivotal role in keeping a balance between required localization related to country specific regulations and our goal of keeping the integrity of our global process design standards. Successful delivery of all HR or Talent Acquisition projects will follow our established project management methodology and governance.

You will build project plans, handle cross-functional dependencies, mitigate risks, handle financials, and engage with collaborators on various teams. You will play a meaningful role in ensuring strategic program objectives are being met and provide oversight across project-level risks and issues.

The right player will ensure zero tasks are late, and that critical issues are addressed in a timely manner to deliver projects on time.
• Plan, lead, and supervise multiple, cross-functional, and global HR/TA projects that will span the full HR suite or centers of excellence from initiation through implementation, including scope, changes, risk and quality. Acts as primary project contact to establish key collaborator requirements and project objectives.
• Establishes all assigned projects in accordance with approved protocols, methodologies, and collaterals that ensure delivery of projects on time, on budget, and while meeting high quality standards and collaborator expectations.
• Identify and drive project risks and issues to resolution by developing options and recommendations. Raise unresolved items to the leadership team in a timely manner.
• Interacts with Project Sponsors, Project Stakeholders and multiple business and technical teams to ensure projects tasks and deliverables are completed.
• Anticipates bottlenecks, provides critical issue management, anticipates and make tradeoffs, and balances the business needs versus technical constraints.
• Creates, maintains and disseminates project information to partners, including meeting agendas and minutes in a concise, accurate, and professional manner.

Player Profile

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required
• Five (5) years of program and project management experience
• Five (5) years of human resources, recruiting, or recruiting operations experience
