Job Description
Your Mission:
As Compensation Manager you will act a subject matter expert for our King business and other Activision and Blizzard businesses across the EMEA region, partnering closely with regional HR teams, business leaders and stakeholders to advise on and deliver strategic compensation solutions that attract, retain, and motivate talent.
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
• Contribute to the design and execution of global compensation projects, bringing an EMEA perspective to international reward strategies.
• Manage the annual compensation cycles for the region, including ownership of King's short-term incentive plan, with clear and effective communication and support ensuring accurate and seamless execution.
• Engaging with the businesses regularly, identifying opportunities to improve our compensation frameworks and policies to support business objectives.
• Partner effectively with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and Business Leaders to provide expert compensation guidance.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws, regulations, and reporting requirements across multiple EMEA markets and support EMEA-wide initiatives.
• Own the global annual salary survey submission process.
Player Profile:
Experience
• Proven Compensation experience within a multinational or global company.
• Experience within tech, entertainment, gaming, and/or consulting preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
• Bachelor's degree, in a related field preferred.
• Ability to interpret and apply compensation data, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required; Workday experience preferred.
