Job Description
A24 is looking for a Junior Account Manager to support strategic business efforts for our Digital Distribution team. This role will work closely with the strategy team on the day-to-day maintenance of growing business accounts, which will change with the demands of the industry, and provide support in establishing new business efforts to scale and optimize. This role is responsible for overseeing sales & merchandising workflows to support on-platform business opportunities, platform partnerships, and competitive pricing & windowing.

This is a hybrid position, with at least 3 days in-office, and we are seeking a candidate who can work from A24's West Hollywood location.

Initial Responsibilities

Sales & Merchandising
• Responsible for promotion pricing strategy & execution
• Develop strategies & tactics that will grow promotions business
• Create sales submissions & pitch to partners
• Analyze promotion results & present reviews
• Identify new promotional opportunities to increase A24 on-platform visibility
• Handle partner outreach for pricing discrepancies
• Independently maintain competitive merchandising tracking & long-term efforts
• Oversee accuracy of competitive release dates
• Identify talent drafting opportunities
• Track patterns in studio windowing to advise strategic planning
• Predominantly focused on domestic business with efforts in direct international expansion territories as needed

Account Management
• CRM & partner communications
• Work closely with the Account Director to handle day-to-day client services across all transactional VOD accounts with opportunity to grow to be key point of contact
• Manage screening and event invitations, communicating directly with partners, bolstering interest in A24's slate and providing exemplary customer service
• Facilitate Partner Material Fulfillment
• Ensure fulfillment of partner asset requests; track progress and deadlines
• Act as internal liaison to ensure timely delivery of partner material requests
• Leverage material delivery for merchandising placement
• Track ancillary platform sales
• Track ancillary content sales status & performance
• Maintain tracking resources of ancillary dates
• Generate new release projections
• Organize partner placement indications & synthesize to set expectations for digital launch merchandising
• Identify opportunities to achieve over-and-above placements for new releases
• Prepare sales presentation materials
• Upkeep historical slate documents monthly
• Edit template for upcoming partner pitches as necessary
• Deliver accolade & key updates to partners

Qualifications
• 3-4+ years of coordinator or client service administration or comparable experience with strong analytical and interpersonal skills, home entertainment experience preferred
• Proficient in Excel & Google Suite
• Experience with Tableau or similar data system encouraged
• Adept at developing organizational systems & facilitating internal processes
• Acute attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication and emotional intelligence
• Dynamic, self-starter, team player
• Humble, personable, diligent, hard working
• Resourceful, quick-learner that thrives in a fast-paced environment

Our target salary range for this position is between $70,000 to $85,000. We do not use formal job titles internally and similarly named positions may have different compensation levels. Actual starting salary within the range will depend on various considerations, including: work experience, skills, specializations, and training. This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, including both cash and equity components, competitive healthcare, as well as other employee benefits.
