This role will lead a strategic recruiting function that is passionate about creating equitable hiring processes and building unique, diverse teams. This role will help shape our hiring strategy for all recruitment, combining a data-driven approach and a people-first mindset. It will be responsible for managing end-to-end strategic recruitment, aligning recruitment resources, tools and systems to ensure we're bringing the best into A24. Duties include conceptualizing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies designed to develop, leverage and increase brand awareness, attract top caliber candidates, and hire diverse, collaborative, high performing talent. Ideal candidates will also have an interest in partnering with teams on org design and strategy, employee engagement, and more.
Initial Responsibilities
• Develop and drive cohesive recruiting strategies across all business lines, partnering successfully with hiring managers across a varied slate of teams
• Develop and implement more data-driven approach to talent acquisition: collect and use data to help make informed decisions, drive efficiency, and communicate challenges and progress to key partners, analyze pipeline health and conversion metrics to identify trends, etc
• Oversee the recruiting processes for open positions and develop efficient interview plans with hiring managers that support the high volume recruiting process
• Ensure we attract and engage a diverse talent pool. Ensure our hiring practices are inclusive and all candidates feel welcomed
• Guide candidates through the A24 interview process, provide feedback and facilitate an incredible candidate experience
• Partner closely with executives and senior leadership across the organization to tackle challenges and build processes to scale, coaching and guiding them through decisions; design and deliver KPIs to leadership that help improve recruiting
• Train and lead direct reports on recruiting best practices and career development
• Oversee and manage key strategic projects
• Partner with key teams on org design and strategy, onboarding, employee engagement, and more
Qualifications
• 7+ years relevant experience in a talent organization during a high growth stage; 2+ years direct people management experience
• Proven ability to coach, empower, and develop a team
• Interest in A24's business and products, ability to stand behind what we're doing
• Experience recruiting for a diverse array of in-house teams, spanning creative to corporate, and junior to senior roles
• Ability to build trusted partnerships at all levels of the organization
• Passionate about building diverse, values-driven teams
• Proven track record of designing and communicating clear processes, and an analytical, yet creative, approach to problem-solving
• Demonstrated success and passion for building and developing unique programs and solutions
• Strong bias for action and ability to lead both tactically (go deep) and strategically (anticipate future needs)
• Flexibility to adjust to a growing, changing environment
• Some experience as HRBP ideal, but not required
• Humble, diligent, resourceful
