Job Description

A+E Networks has an amazing Sr. Manager opportunity providing support to the Legal & Business Affairs department.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Sr. Manager, Insurance & Production Risk
• Support in managing both AETN's corporate insurance program and AETN's production insurance program
• Collaborate with internal partners to prepare insurance renewal submission material
• Provide assistance with the administering of risk-intake surveys in support of an enterprise-wide risk management initiative
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of various insurance coverages, market conditions, and relationships with insurance brokers and carriers
• Support the timely review, reporting, and tracking of insurance claims
• Review insurance policies and binders and update the internal insurance summary documents accordingly
• Assist the broader legal team with the review of contracts to promote the inclusion of appropriate insurance requirements and risk transfer conditions
• Addresses Certificate of Insurance requests and inquiries from internal and external partners
• Evaluate security plans for high-risk production shoots and programming-related events

YOUR STORY (what you need to have): Sr. Manager, Insurance & Production Risk
• Minimum 5 years' experience in insurance and production risk management (experience in production management and/or rights and clearances also considered)
• An understanding of insurance matters relating to television production and distribution
• Strong knowledge of business operations and interrelationships among departments and between company and producers
• Excellent project management and multi-tasking skills and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Detailed-oriented and extremely organized
• Must have the ability to work independently and meet deadlines under strict time constraints
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with high-level management and staff at all levels
• Must be able to handle confidential information
• Required Education: BA/BS Degree

Compensation

Annual Pay Range: $122,265 - $143,050

Annual Incentive Target: 15.00%

The annual/hourly pay range displayed serves as a good faith estimate of the

minimum and maximum base pay range for this role. Compensation for the role will

be based on a number of different factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills,

competencies, location, and experience. A+E offers a competitive total compensation
