The Role & What You'll Do:
The Senior Account Director PMO will oversee the development of core frameworks and workflows and act on behalf of 160 over 90 as a representative and consultant for the client to ensure a streamlined way of working. They will work closely with the wider client team to help define deliverables and be a core link between a multinational team.
• Developing and maintaining core frameworks and processes on an agency-critical client.
• Account direction; including but not limited to multi project milestone planning, defining R&R, meeting cadence and client status management. Ensuring workstreams and programme initiatives are adhered to and are kept up to date to follow programme goals and organisation objectives
• Collaboration with the team in driving the account forward through the implementation of key workflow processes and ownership of efficiency improvements
• Contribute to, collate and track the mapping of annual account deliverables independent of activations, and cross account follow up
• Lead in the maintenance of organisational standards of quality and performance
• Maintaining and developing exec level client and stakeholder relationships. Client point of contact for operational topics
• Global consultation across regional teams. Working with the VP and counterparts to help mentor teams cross-functionally due to visibility of wider agency group.
• Support in property evaluations in accordance with the partnership objectives and client goals
• Analyse, evaluate, and overcome programme risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders
• Support in reviewing client briefs, defining deliverables and relevant resource support
• Team management: Leading and developing the account operations team and providing ongoing management and coaching to account managers
• Work with Leadership to develop measurement criteria for all projects, holding appropriate team accountable for results
• Work with VP and PMO team to guide upfront planning
• Partner with strategic planning and creative teams across all work
• Support and advise cross functions with particular guidance for Creative as part of PMO
• Organising select meeting agendas & ensuring key stakeholders collaboration, driving meeting process
You Have These:
• Demonstratable experience and knowledge in change implementation
• Experience working with large brands with an appetite for growth
• Thorough understanding and experience of integrated marketing and advertising process
• Demonstratable experience in finding innovative ways to resolve problems or identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
• Informative on respective areas, understanding industry standard and drive to be best in class
• Expertise in project and team management with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Experience in managing multiple international stakeholders
• Knowledge in performance evaluation processes
• 9+ years marketing, client service, team management and agency experience
• Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or equivalent experience in related-field

• Microsoft Office proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Exceptional skills in time management, facilitation, and organisation
• Team player, open to feedback, master of multitasking, can work under demanding deadlines.
• Ability to problem-solve independently and collaboratively
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic with the flexibility to navigate change in a fast-paced environment
• Willing and able to work nonstandard work hours, weekends and travel as required
• Understanding of and/or interest in sports, culture and entertainment is advantageous
