The Role and What You'll Do:

As an existing ACD or experienced senior creative, you are adept in translating a conceptual vision into a tangible creative solution that's innovative, dynamic and memorable by flexing your cross-channel creative prowess in experiential, integrated campaign and digital/social media.

We're looking for someone who thrives in diverse team settings and is experienced in communicating effectively with art directors, project managers, production, account leads and event production. You lead by example with impeccable craft, unwavering time management and unmatched attention to detail. You are cool under pressure and take pride in directing and coaching young designers and creatives to deliver top notch creative with tight turns. Last, but certainly not least, we are looking for someone who champions our commitment to fostering a welcoming and inclusive work culture.
• Play a hands-on role in the delivery of outstanding creative and results, working collaboratively within a cross-disciplinary team and environment with strategists, PR/Comms, Partnerships and Experiential teams, to ensure creative work is on-brand, works hard and stands out amongst the rest.
• Concept creative from brief to product with the ability to self-manage multiple projects and tight timelines.
• Successfully advocate your creative ideas by confidently presenting to leadership, stakeholders and clients.
• Articulate and rationalize creative decisions with strategic insights.
• Lead and manage teams of both in-house creatives (across design, copy and conceptual disciplines) and freelancers, ensuring smart, impactful and effective creative work is produced within the timelines, budgets and briefs provided.

You Have These:
• 7-10 years of experience within an ad agency or similar setting
• A natural curiosity for the unique, the buzz-worthy and the culturally relevant with a willingness to push forward brave, new ideas
• The optimism to think bigger, the curiosity to dig deeper, and the passion to do better
• Cross-functional design and conceptual experience necessary (integrated campaign work, experiential, content, design)
• The ability to adapt to new ideas, processes, and business problems with ease and enthusiasm
• Excellent interpersonal communications (written and verbal), creative problem-solving and presentation skills
• Compassion, empathy and investment in your team, the organization and the work
• High level of proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite, along with Powerpoint and Keynote.
• Teamwork and collaboration are non-negotiable

We'd Love If You Also Have These:
• Proactive interest in design, creativity and wider cultural topics (fashion, sport, music, entertainment, art etc.), sharing with your findings with peers and able to integrate them into your work.
• Curiosity and a keen desire to understand how and why people behave.
• Thought leadership: A strong point of view; ability to contribute to the creative and strategic development of a brand campaign, and the ability to promote conceptual thinking among the team/ability to communicate ideas clearly
