The role:

160over90 is a fast-paced environment. We're looking for a (Associate) Creative Director or Senior Art Director who can think on their feet, lead with a smile, collaborates well with account and strategy, and is eager to jump in and do the work when necessary. You will be a thinker and a maker on projects ranging from creative ATL campaigns covering digital, social, experiential, and content. Based in the Hong Kong office, you will work closely with an international team and must be both a creative collaborator and a proactive and independent thinker. The opportunities here are endless, so your creativity must be too.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Strong background Design, Art, Advertising, Marketing or relevant field
• Minimum 8 years related experience in an agency field
• Well-versed in taking client briefs and feedback to develop creative territories and concepts
• Experience with full funnel creative advertising campaigns covering everything from digital, social, out-of-home, performance marketing, experiential, etc.
• Takes a profound interest in the world around you – culture, music, film, sport, art, entertainment
• Computer literacy with strong proficiency in all relevant programs
• Approachable, collaborative, results-oriented, problem-solver who can work with minimal direction, evaluating best practices and offering effective solutions
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal – not afraid to have difficult discussions
• Team building skills, proactively seeking opportunities to develop team members
• Strong operational/project management experience
• Articulate with excellent organizational, presentation and communication (verbal and written) skills
• Ability to conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Must be able to juggle several projects at one time
• Thrives in a collaborative environment
• Energized at the idea of building a team and a culture at a budding agency
