The Role and What You'll Do:

160over90 is seeking an Account Executive that will be part of a team responsible for the day-to-day management of our Payment Services Client activation programs across its US client marketing initiatives, with a core focus on the IOC/Olympics and FIFA partnerships. Position will be located San Francisco, CA and will report to the Account Manager.
• Working across both the FIFA and Olympics/IOC partnerships, this role will help deliver best in class activations for the Client's US client marketing team
• Interact with and provide day-to-day communication to multiple client contacts along with property partners, appropriate agencies, stakeholders, vendors and any other relevant parties
• Provide property expertise, guidance, and insight
• Prepare annual sell-in and creative guideline decks for client marketing partners and lead approval process
• Participate in the strategic development, implementation and execution of activations and customized programs that meet client objectives across brand and product initiatives
• Work across multiple client business units to help achieve sponsorship marketing objectives
• Manage coordination of client event budgets and creative approvals from all appropriate parties
• Athlete recommendation and vetting for various campaigns and general appearances
• Direct the implementation of materials to support various individual sponsorship initiatives. This will include, but not be limited to managing Property integration, approval of creative elements, preparing marketing activation presentations and materials to be distributed to the client
• Manage the client-vendor relationships to coordinate necessary activation while leveraging deliverables on behalf of client
• Work in conjunction with external properties and internal 160over90 divisions as necessary to develop and implement programs on behalf of business units in connection to client's sponsorship platforms
• Provide oversight and management of activation success metrics, internal tracking documents, weekly updates and recaps
• Manage the on-going internal and external process of opening budgets, CRM tracking and providing payments to vendors

You Have These:
• Bachelor's Degree
• A minimum of 1 - 3 years of property, agency or client-based sponsorship account management experience in the sports and entertainment industries (specific disciplines could include partnership activation, client services, sponsorship/event marketing)
• Soccer, Olympics, or other sports property experience is highly preferred
• Account management experience working with payment companies, finance, or retail banking a plus
• Prior experience in managing the development and implementation of sponsorship marketing strategy and activation on behalf of client or company
• Prior experience managing day-to-day relationships with client, agency(s) and vendors
• Experience with on-site event marketing operations and logistics
• Ability to think strategically and creatively
• Ability to problem-solve independently and in groups
• Excellent time management, written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel on occasion

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$64,480 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$65,000 annually
