The Account Executive, Partnerships will support the day-to-day management of select clients' sponsorship development, planning, and activation marketing initiatives across our sports and entertainment sponsorship portfolio.
• Support Account Manager and wider Account team across clients, including administrative tasks, project management, creative asset development, event execution and staffing, and payments
• Work hand-in-hand with Account team to support management, planning, coordination, and execution of activation plans & hospitality programs
• Interact with clients and appropriate agencies, stakeholders, vendors, and any other relevant parties
• Monitor social media, press releases and news articles across all available media platforms
• Assist in production shoots, including digital and/or in-person appearances; responsibilities could include pre-event planning, communication, logistics/transportation and on-site management where applicable
• Assist in drafting and getting approval on term sheets and contracts
• Some travel and event staffing required; some night and weekend work required
• Other job-related duties as specified by your manager
You Have These:
• A minimum of 2-4 years of agency or client-based sponsorship account management experience
• Excellent time management skills (ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple workstreams/tasks)
• Proven ability to prioritize workflow and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Prior experience in managing day-to-day relationships with clients, agencies, and vendors
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative self-starter
• Capable of managing multiple projects independently and diligently while delivering under time pressure towards pre-defined goals
• Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to problem-solve independently and in groups
• Enthusiastic and flexible team-first player with a proactive approach
• Ability to travel 25% of the time (including weekends)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
