The Role and What You'll Do:

160over90 is seeking an Account Executive to join the Creator / Digital / Social Center of Expertise. The Account Executive will play an integral role in helping to execute creator and social campaigns for clients such as AB-InBev, Reebok, T-Mobile, Visa, and many more.

The Creator / Digital / Social Center of Expertise is at the forefront of internet culture, pioneering the creator marketing space with many Fortune 50 clients. Our diverse team believes in developing authentic relationships between brands and creators with influential voices, across all platforms. We take a data-driven, strategic approach and combine it with creativity and long-term experience in the space to develop some of the most effective creator and social marketing campaigns in the industry.
• Develop and execute social media and creator programs from start to finish - creative development, identification of creators, negotiations, and contracts, briefing and content approvals, posting and measurement.
• Developing stellar relationships with clients, gaining their trust and partnership.
• Working with account leads to keep account organized and running smoothly
• Partner with finance on payments and tracking all invoices and accounts payable
• Collaborating with legal on all contracts and SOWs
• Agency administration responsibilities, time tracking, expense reports, etc.

You Have These:
• Bachelor's degree preferred - Marketing, advertising or communications
• Minimum 2+ years agency (or in-house) experience in a creator / social role with heavy experience executing creator marketing campaigns
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically to meet client objectives
• Deep and intricate knowledge of the creator marketing space including tools to identify creators, ways to engage creators, best and worst practices when executing creator campaigns, measurement & reporting and the ability to clearly communicate that information to clients and to internal stakeholders
• Expertise in social media platforms, including publishing tools used for community management across various social channels
• Knowledge of key performance metrics for paid/earned/owned media with focus on analytics and optimization as well as guiding vendor partners in the space for client campaigns
• Ability to communicate data and reports to optimize performance and strategic recommendations in clear, cogent fashion
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• A team player with a positive attitude who can handle stressful situations and deadlines calmly
• Ability to plan and carry out responsibilities with passion, a can-do attitude, and minimal direction
