GLOBAL B2B MARKETING INTERN
Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid)
Division: Ticketmaster NA - Global Sales Operations
Line Manager: Content Operations Manager
Internship Terms: ~12-Week Term commencing June 2, 2025 - working up to 29 hours per week
THE TEAM
Ticketmaster's Global Sales Operations group strives to be the partner of choice for our clients. Our mission is partner with markets to empower clients with business solutions that drive and align their commercial growth with Ticketmaster. We do this through a variety of services, including, product marketing, B2B marketing, sales enablement, commercial strategy and services, and more. We advocate for our clients across the product lifecycle, building our B2B narrative across strategic priorities, from strategic planning to launch and adoption. This team serves as the glue between across sales, product, & lines of business all in service of clients.
THE INTERNSHIP
The Global B2B Marketing Intern will support global B2B Marketing initiatives aimed at driving relevant website traffic and generating business leads. They will align channel behavior insights, department initiatives, and local market nuances to implement channel and content strategies. This role will report directly to the Manager of B2B Channel Strategy & Operations and will collaborate closely with Content and Channels counterparts on the Global B2B Marketing team.
THROUGHOUT YOUR TIME WITH US YOU WILL
• Support SEO strategies by conducting keyword research, analyzing market trends, and evaluating competitor sites to inform content outputs and optimization efforts.
• Report on content and channel performance leveraging user experience tools, data from B2B websites and social media channels to identify key trends.
• Assist with the planning and deployment of Global B2B content.
• Audit the website taxonomy to evaluate its adoption and structure across markets.
• Provide general support for department initiatives by coordinating projects and collaborating with counterparts across Global B2B Marketing.
YOU WILL PROBABLY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
• Are currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Marketing or a related field that requires participation in a co-op/internship placement as part of the curriculum to graduate.
• Can commit to a flexible hybrid structure, as there will be remote and in-office days. Schedule to be determined between the Line Manager & successful candidate on a weekly or biweekly cadence.
• Extraordinary team player with ability to accept feedback and turnaround edits quickly.
• Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, ContentSquare, and WordPress are a plus!
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow complex processes, while taking the initiative to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
• Proven ability to listen, understand, and communicate effectively.
• A creative thinker and self-starter with a winning attitude.

The expected compensation for this position is:
$16.50 USD - $18.00 USD Hourly
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
