Job Description
Our Emerging Talent Programs, which includes Interns, Trainees, and Finance Rotational Associates, offer unique opportunities for students, recent graduates, and emerging talent to work alongside the teams that come together to create movies, TV shows, and other great experiences. These seasonal, paid assignments provide meaningful and productive work that allows you to build on your experience and develop your skills further. You will be provided with challenging tasks, real-world experience, and many educational and social networking opportunities.

This Fall Internship is from September through December 13th (start and end dates are flexible based on school schedules) and all candidates must be able to work part-time hours (10-29 a week). Our offices are open Monday through Friday, 9-6 pm. This position is ideal for a student enrolled in an accredited college or university. A hybrid work structure may or may not be available.

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

The Workforce Management team, part of the Peope & Organization (or more commonly known as HR) IT group within SPE IT Corporate Solutions Department, is responsible for overseeing applications that manage worker staffing information and identity management. We collaborate closely with the People & Organization and other departments to advance initiatives aimed at delivering a seamless technology experience for our workers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Administrative support for current project initiatives and other enhancements
• Analysis for small enhancements
• Research for troubleshooting on Workday Community and other resources
• Summarizing and preparing PowerPoints for research results
• Excel reports for general cleanup of foundational data models
• Monitoring aging and entering updates on department Service Now tickets where appropriate
• Learning technical skills related to the industry
• Job shadowing
• Added duties as necessary

• Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint experience is a plus.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $19/hour. This role may also qualify for comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
