Job Description
Our Emerging Talent Programs, which includes Interns, Trainees, and Finance Rotational Associates, offer unique opportunities for students, recent graduates, and emerging talent to work alongside the teams that come together to create movies, TV shows, and other great experiences. These seasonal, paid assignments provide meaningful and productive work that allows you to build on your experience and develop your skills further. You will be provided with challenging tasks, real-world experience, and many educational and social networking opportunities.

This Fall Internship is from September through December 13th (start and end dates are flexible based on school schedules) and all candidates must be able to work part-time hours (10-29 a week). Our offices are open Monday through Friday, 9-6 pm. This position is ideal for a student enrolled in an accredited college or university. A hybrid work structure may or may not be available.

Responsibilities:
• Algorithm Development: Optimize AI algorithms for various applications, including natural language processing, computer vision, machine learning, and deep learning.
• Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and inform AI model development.
• Model Training and Evaluation: Train and evaluate AI models using appropriate techniques and metrics to ensure optimal performance.
Integration: Integrate AI solutions into existing systems and applications to enhance functionality and efficiency.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and address technical challenges related to AI development and deployment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., data scientists, software engineers, product managers) to analyze and document AI solutions.

Qualifications:
• Pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Strong Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R and experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Understanding of AI Concepts: Knowledge of AI fundamentals, including machine learning algorithms, and statistical modeling.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and implement them effectively.
• Data-Driven Approach: Experience working with large datasets and extracting valuable insights.
• Continuous Learning: Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and related technologies.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $37/hour. This role may also qualify for comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
