Job Description

This Fall Internship is from September through December 13th (start and end dates are flexible based on school schedules) and all candidates must be able to work part-time hours (10-29 a week). Our offices are open Monday through Friday, 9-6 pm. This position is ideal for a student enrolled in an accredited college or university. A hybrid work structure may or may not be available.

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

The General Counsel BRM group within SPE's Corporate IT department manages a large portfolio of applications and supports all of General Counsel's technology needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Resolve support issues for critical General Counsel applications
• Manage relationships with SaaS vendor contacts and support resources
• Manage relationships with business stakeholders
• Document team processes and procedures
• Research the IT landscape for SaaS products that meet business stakeholders' needs
• Coordinate testing and UAT efforts
• Gain expert knowledge of SPE's use of applications including iManage, Adobe Sign, OneTrust, and many more

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Pursuing degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related tracks
• Seeking career in the enetertainment industry in technology and/or business analysis

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Passion for entertainment industry
• Prior experience with SQL, APIs, functional requirement writing
• Prior experience supporting applications
• Prior experience interacting with stakeholders and business users
• Prior experience with IT procurement and product research
• Prior experience with tools such as Jira
• Prior experience within entertainment industry
• Prior experience with General Counsel and/or Legal functions

The anticipated base salary for this position is $22/hour. This role may also qualify for comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
