MTV Entertainment Group JD/LLM Internship (Summer 2025, Hybrid- San Francisco)

The MTV Entertainment Group's Business & Legal Affairs (''BALA'') team works closely with various client groups, including Ad Sales, Talent, Digital, Music, and Original Programming departments. BALA handles production and development legal for Comedy Central, MTV, VH1, and Showtime, among others. More specifically, BALA handles various deals for different workflows, such as production and development of long form and short form content, podcasts, and marketing legal.

Eligibility:
• Internships are available to students enrolled in a JD/LLM program in the fall of 2025. If you are graduating by May/June 2025, please check our website for full-time job opportunities closer to your graduation date.
• You must be available to intern full-time (5 days a week/36-40 hours a week) for 10 weeks total starting in June.
• Interns will be required to work hybrid for the duration of the program.
• Internships are paid at a competitive standard hourly rate (school credit is optional).
• Employment eligibility to work with Paramount in the United States is required as the company does not engage in sponsorship for internships.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The hourly rate for this position is $27.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
