Job Description
Game & Platform Security (SPEAR) team protects our players' data, our business data, and the EA brand by ensuring that all products and services meet our security engineering requirements.Our team consists of security engineering specialists who focus on finding security vulnerabilities in the design, implementation, and configuration of EA's products.

• Vision: To enable every EA engineer to imagine, develop, & deploy, the most fun and secure games on the planet.
• Scope: Game, services, and deployment infrastructure throughout the engineering lifecycle.
We are currently seeking an intern to work within the Awareness & Training space to help plan for MVP and/or post MVP Security Champions programs.
During the internship, you will have the opportunity to interact with senior team members and other interns through day-to-day assignments, workshops, networking, and exciting team building events!
Responsibilities:
• Market analysis and research of Security Champions program, favorable results of
• Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, and other media content for Security Champions
• Design and piloting promotional/marketing plan for our security awareness/training initiatives for the remainder of FY24
• Monitor all our various internal social platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback
• Performing daily system and alert monitoring, including vulnerability assessment
Performing security scans and reviews on Bank systems utilizing standard tools and knowledge of network and application security
• Maintaining internal documentation for information security and process control
Qualifications:
• Rising Sophomore or Junior currently enrolled in an accredited University/College pursuing degree(s) in Computer and Information Technology, or Cyber Security
• Eager to learn
• Proactive contributor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.
EA has listed the hourly pay ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, degree type (e.g. Bachelor's, Master's, PhD), what stage you are in your degree journey (i.e. freshman, sophomore, etc.), qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
HOURLY PAY RANGES
• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $20 - $28
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
º $18 - $23
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
º $22 - $28
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $20 - $25
• Jersey City, NJ :
º $22 - $28
The hourly pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including 80 hours per year of sick time (prorated based on scheduled hours per week if less than full-time), 16 paid company holidays per year, medical insurance, and 401(k). Interns in California are also eligible for Voluntary Disability Insurance.
