Job Description
About the Role & Program:

The Disney Branded Television team creates marketing campaigns for Disney Branded Television's shows and movies for Disney Channel, Disney Junior, XD and kids and family programming on Disney+. As our intern, you will be immersed in the assembly of social, broadcast and streaming content, drive your own project tasks to completion and be fully integrated into our team!

What You Will Do:
• Assist Project Management teams by managing digital content and files in support of marketing campaigns for Disney Branded Television's shows and movies
• Gain in-depth knowledge in the strategy and execution of an AV marketing campaign with an emphasis on promo post-production
• Assist project managers with utilization of tools, management systems, and creative technology
• Assist with internal presentations and support production meetings, track all results, attend meetings, take meeting notes and help identify next steps
• Develop and maintain key marketing/campaign documents including post-production calendars and asset trackers

Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, working with colleagues across departments at all levels
• Analytical, organized, thorough and able to prioritize responsibilities and meet tight deadlines while working under pressure
• Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong understanding of video production and digital content
• Adept at learning new software
• Proficient in MS Office, specifically Word and Excel
• Ability to handle confidential information

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience with Adobe Premiere or Avid, Salesforce and Airtable a plus.
• Curiosity about video production with a production career path and/or project/production management.

Education:
• Senior year preferred

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all the below requirements:
• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
• Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess unrestricted work authorization.

Additional Information:
• Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
• Availability to work full-time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship, preferably 9am-6pm PT, Monday – Friday or 8am-5pm PT, Monday – Friday.
• Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Burbank, CA area.
• Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work.
• The approximate dates of this internship are June 2025 - January 2026.

The pay rate for this role in California is $22.00 per hour.
