We seek an experienced and skilled Line Producer to join us as we build our team in Mumbai.

This individual will coordinate with the resources of the video versioning and adaptation team for multiple international video game marketing projects from our US and UK teams. The candidate must be a strong communicator, highly organized, experienced with video post-production workflows, have experience managing bandwidth for small teams, be available for early morning and late night calls with partners abroad, and have a keen eye for quality assurance. This individual must be self-motivated, considerate, and composed in high-stress environments and deliver consistent quality with fast turnarounds.

This position is based in-office in Mumbai.

POSITION SUMMARY

We're looking for a Line Producer with a can-do attitude, a creative POV, and a passion for gaming. The right candidate is also very well-organized and meticulous, paying attention to the smallest of details-which is a necessity to perform this role while working closely with the video versioning and adaptation team in the following areas:

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Assign daily tasks to the video versioning editors and localization graphics artists.
• Liaison with international team producers to communicate status, project handoffs, and bandwidth.
• Clarify requirements to ensure smooth production and satisfactory deliveries.
• Anticipate issues before they arise and proactively chase solutions.
• Upkeep production schedules in Airtable.
• Coordinate communication with internal stakeholders and the versioning and video adaptation team.
• Run the team's morning meetings.
• Set the standard for the team regarding timeliness, accuracy and quality of deliverables.
• Personally, QC exports for picture, sound, and spec requirements before delivery.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• 4 - 6 years of experience
• Strong English written and verbal skills
• Have an Intermediate or better understanding of different specs for the versioning, adaptation, and archival process, including details such as aspect ratio, frame rate, codecs, endplates, safe zones, and more.
• Intermediate knowledge of team organization and project tracking software, including:
• Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Airtable
• Slack
• Have a basic understanding of the software used in accomplishing the tasks at hand, including:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Have a basic understanding of timekeeping and resource management for small teams (3-6 people)
• Empathetic team leader, willing to anticipate and serve the needs of their team. Assist in ensuring artists have everything they need to deliver projects successfully.
