White Turtle Studios, A Trailer Park Group Company, is looking for an experienced and skilled Junior Editor - Versioning to join us as we build our team in Mumbai.

POSITION SUMMARY

We're seeking a Junior Editor - Versioning who will perform video versioning and adaptation work for multiple international video game marketing projects from our US and UK teams. The candidate must be proficient in Adobe Premiere with an intermediate knowledge of Adobe After Effects. They must be experienced with video post-production workflows and highly detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality assurance. This individual must be self-motivated, a fast learner, considerate and composed in high-stress environments, and deliver consistent quality with fast turnarounds.

This position is based in-office in Mumbai.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on bringing the world's biggest video game brands, expanding their reach to regional markets across multiple channels worldwide.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Independently read and understand client delivery specs
• Create final exports of trailers with subtitles, multiple aspect ratios, and versioning slates.
• Create b-roll packages
• Interact with US and UK-based teams with supervision
• Interact with internal Mumbai project stakeholders and other departments independently
• QC exports from other team members for picture, sound, and spec requirements
• Clean up, organize, and collect Premiere and After Effects projects for archival
• Create generic and textless exports for finals and slates for archival
• Create guides and training resources to train new team members.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• 4 - 6 years of experience
• Intermediate or better English written and verbal skills
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Intermediate knowledge of Adobe After Effects
• Knowledge of localization and adaptation workflows in Premiere and After Effects
• Highly teachable, continuously learning new skills, and open to improvements in the pipeline.
• Be able to read and understand client delivery specs independently.
• Deep understanding of technical requirements, including aspect ratio, frame rate, codecs, endplates, safe zones, and more.
• Intermediate knowledge (or better) of team organization and project tracking software, including:
• Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Airtable
• Slack
• Be able to train others in the technical aspects of post-production and versioning as they join the team.
