Senior Director, Programmatic Strategy
NBCUniversal
New York, NY
As a member of the Partner Operations team, you'll analyze top issues facing our content creators, work with cross-functional teams to resolve them, and help manage support operations. Whether directly engaging with our biggest creators, surfacing problems to our technical teams, driving analytical insights, or liaising with vendors to provide stellar support, you'll drive reach, satisfaction, and resolution - making YouTube an exceptional user experience for everyone.
Our team's goal is to equip, engage, and energize the most influential creators on the platform. We do this by educating top creators on our policies and products, relationship-building, and developing long-term strategies for building creators' businesses. As a Strategic Partner Manager, you'll create long-lasting relationships with your portfolio of partners, and apply and hone business skills in an entrepreneurial environment. You'll work on complex content agreements with partners, as well as work cross-functionally with colleagues across multiple disciplines, to ensure our partners are positioned for success on YouTube and to provide the best possible experience for our users.
Additionally, you will focus on accelerating growth for creators who serve priority business needs; creators who anchor sales interest, drive cultural relevance, and reach priority audiences. You will assess their unique needs and goals, craft a plan to grow their YouTube business, and deliver insights and strategy to enable their success on the platform. Your role will be both external (partner/creator-facing) and internal as you guide partners on how to optimize their channels and develop strategic relationships to grow the volume of engaging content on YouTube.
At YouTube, we believe that everyone deserves to have a voice, and that the world is a better place when we listen, share, and build community through our stories. We work together to give everyone the power to share their story, explore what they love, and connect with one another in the process. Working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and boundless creativity, we move at the speed of culture with a shared goal to show people the world. We explore new ideas, solve real problems, and have fun - and we do it all together.
