Job Description

The YouTube Partner Program engages millions of content creators - a group that's growing quickly, and will grow even faster in the coming years. Many of these creators are responsible for ''what is original'' on YouTube, and are building the media companies of the future. Fast-paced, dynamic, and proactive, the Partner Development team makes sure that YouTube's creators around the world have a great experience and achieve success on the platform.

In this role, you'll acquire an in-depth understanding of our content partner's business and goals. You will proactively acquire new partners for the platform and identify opportunities and solutions to promote great account performance and create growth. You will help in identifying specific partners and develop scale solutions. Also, you will be responsible for managing all post-acquisition activities and representing YouTube users, products, and programs.

Resonsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of YouTube creators and media companies in Korea in the areas of Entertainment.
• Manage a portfolio of partner accounts of performance goals, maximize watch time hours, platform engagement, audience growth, community interaction, and business growth.
• Deliver, measure, analyze partners performance, key metrics, and streamline the process.
• Work closely with team and cross-functional partners to develop and implement creative ways for business growth.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in account or partner management with mobile content, online video, online entertainment, or new media.
• Ability to speak and write in English and Korean fluently.

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in process management and developing customer relationships.
• Knowledge in the online entertainment space in Korea and YouTube.
• Knowledge of online videos and content (e.g., creators or partners).
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
• Ability to communicate with business stakeholders with excellent communication skills.
