Senior Strategic Partner Development Manager, YouTube (Spanish, English)

Google's line of products and services to our clients never stops growing. The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.

The Scaled Partnerships team drives partner success by acquiring, managing, and growing relationships. This includes Tier 1 (T1) Partnerships, focusing on partners meeting specific business and watch time thresholds. The T1 team's goal is to scale creators, artists, and media companies through engagement, product use, and workshops.

As a T1 Content Partnerships Manager in Spla, you will lead Strategic Partner Managers supporting a diverse creator portfolio. You will coach your team to drive product adoption, assess creator needs, and develop growth plans. You will ensure execution against performance metrics and program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

In this role, you will be responsible for hiring, developing, and retaining talent, while supporting individual performance and career growth. You will be involved in both external (creator-facing) and internal cross-functional initiatives.

Resonsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and manage a team dedicated to 1:1 partner relationships, driving success in product adoption, optimization, engagement, and satisfaction.
• Ensure efficient operations and implement best practices across various account management models for consistent and scalable results.
• Provide strong leadership within the team and across the broader content organization, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Develop team members' skills in influencing, communication, product knowledge, and domain expertise, enabling them to be excellent in their roles.
• Assess performance, provide coaching and feedback, and support individual professional development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 11 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or management consulting.
• Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
• Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:
• 2 years of experience managing people or teams.
• Experience leading teams and/or projects, working directly with and supporting customers/partners.
• Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners.
• Ability to be comfortable with analytics, basic modeling, and formal corporate presentation building skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to travel once in a quarter as needed.
