The Global Vendor Operations organization oversees vendor operations for YouTube that provide support to YouTube users, viewers, subscribers, and creators, artists, and media companies globally across YouTube products.

Resonsibilities:
• Lead the design and implementation of a Process Excellence framework, identify and combine synergies across existing and developing programs to drive more impact to meet business goals.
• Resolve operational gaps between operations and programs.
• Innovate to build a more resilient operation that can adapt to future changes.
• Work with global partners and functional business partners to establish efficient and consistent processes.
• Monitor performance, collect and analyze data in order to recognize and resolve process inefficiencies and potential problem areas that might impact multiple work-streams.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience analyzing data and generating business insights.
• 7 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting Scaled Operations.
• 7 years of experience developing operational process solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to drive these changes.

Preferred qualifications:
• Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with dashboard tools such as SQL/Dremel, Data Studio, or Tableau.
• Experience collecting, synthesizing, analyzing, and visualizing sources of data used to derive insights and form recommendations to improve operational efficiency and efficacy.
• Ability to work with partners (e.g., vendor operations and vendor agents) in a positive, productive way that encourages collaboration.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence without authority at all levels, and cultivate cross-functional relationships for mutual benefit.
