Job Description

Wondery partners with some of the most beloved podcasts in the world, including shows like SmartLess, Morbid, and How I Built This. The Partner Manager will be they key point of contact for Wondery's highest touch podcasts, ensuring that they excel as part of Wondery.

Key job responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact and the connective tissue between Wondery and key partner shows by building strong relationships that help both Wondery and our partners achieve their goals
* Onboarding new show partners
* Efficiently manage in-bound questions from partners about logistics, revenue, operations, marketing, and other day-to-day issues
* Schedule, maintain, and program recurring check-ins for partners, delivering updates on key metrics and performance
* Liaise between partners and cross-functional Wondery teams including Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Sales, Finance and Digital Operations
* Triage/Escalate difficult situations as needed to appropriate internal stakeholders
* Build, manage, and deliver partner best practices and corresponding collateral to ensure show success
* Work closely with show partners to implement broad initiatives and partnerships, including event appearances, which will require coordination with other Wondery teams (e.g., Sales, Video, and Social)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- 4+ years experience in talent, partner, or other relationship management
- Project management experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
- Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps
- Experience analyzing and reporting on key business metrics

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $115,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $213,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
