We are poised at the edge of a new world of audio advertising, and need a hard-working, organized marketer to help us demonstrate the value of podcasting to our advertising clients. The successful candidate will possess the ability to combine research, industry trends, input from sales and other cross-department experts to develop the most effective materials and ad sponsorships that reinforce Wondery's leadership position in audio.

Key job responsibilities
• Partner with Sales and Content teams to develop listener-first custom creative & marketing ideas in response to RFPs on a pro-active and reactive basis leveraging the suite of Wondery capabilities and slate of shows.
• Manage RFP development and proposal revisions. Create and develop pitch decks, media plans, and all supporting materials needed to respond to proposals
• Manage activation process for deals that sell-through: client kick off calls, timelines, approvals, production shoots, post-production, etc.
• Serve as client and internal content contact to lead campaign execution for custom programs to balance show and client needs and ensure overall campaign success.
• Work with internal departments to develop and execute custom plans (PR, Ad Ops, Content, Marketing, Content, Finance, Legal)
• Develop new branded content ad solutions that are authentic to podcasting and satisfy the strategic business needs of our clients, and company.
• Collaborate with Strategic Marketing on case studies and research.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
• 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 5-7+ years of experience in integrated/ad sales marketing, creative/brand strategy or relevant field and a willingness to learn audio-specific performance insights
• Independent decision maker and proven work solving complex problems
• Experience with PowerPoint, Keynote, Excel
• Written, organization, communication and presentation skills
• Passion for a team environment and ability to collaborate
• Experience preparing creative/strategic briefs and project assignments and handling timelines, etc.
