Job Summary/Description:

The Creative Services/Marketing Manager will lead and manage the marketing and promotions effort at WLUC. Create and produce local programming. Lead and manage our creative services team at WLUC producing local commercials. The ideal candidate must have a track record of helping clients build their brand and strengthen their commercial messages through quality television and digital production/messaging. The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

1. Manage the Creative Services & Marketing Department.
2. Manage and assign local commercial and promotional production projects to the creative producers.
3. Manage and achieve local production revenue budget.
4. Work with Sales Management on creative projects, rate cards and revenue.
5. Be aware of rules and regulations regarding commercial content.
6. Develop and foster ongoing positive professional relationships with clients and the public.
7. Create and oversee the stations marketing plan.
8. Write, film, and produce commercials and promotions as needed.
9. Manage and oversee local event sponsorships
10. Review marketing plan with VP/GM quarterly.
11. Review and understand the ratings systems.
12. Manage, create, and assign local programming projects.
13. Facilitate ongoing training for your staff to ensure they are up to date on the latest promotion and commercial production techniques and technology
14. Create and manager annual operational budget for the department.
15. All other duties assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Pass a Drug Test
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
