About WLBT:

WLBT is Mississippi's flagship station and the dominant local TV and digital media in Central and Southwest Mississippi. Job Summary/Description:

WLBT has a rare opportunity to work for the #1 TV station in the market. We are seeking a Multimedia Executive. This position is responsible for identifying and reaching new clients in the market that will best take advantage of our television and digital solutions and then becomes a marketing consultant to the clients helping them define and achieve their business objectives.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Conduct thorough client needs analysis, present proposed strategic solutions and tactics and provide follow-up assessments to measure the effectives of campaigns. Utilize expanded B2B marketing resources to build compelling and creative solutions in a competitive landscape. Develop new business and maintain current business within the assigned territory. Sell across all product platforms, broadcast, digital, and OTT.

Qualifications/Requirements:
* Strong Power Point and presentation skills preferred
* Self-motivated, high-energy salesperson.
* Excellent organizational, time management, verbal, and writing skills.
* Ability to be a team player!
* A strong work ethic and the ability to formulate and execute a daily plan is a must.
* Must meet the Gray Media driving requirements and have a valid driver's license.
