Responsibilities:
• Develop and plan multiple programs for the streaming channel, ensuring a diverse and engaging content lineup.
• Oversee the creation of scripts and storyboards for various programs, ensuring they align with the channel's vision and audience preferences.
• Create and manage production schedules, coordinating with various teams to ensure timely delivery of content..
• Work closely with directors, editors, designers, and production staff to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality output.
• Coordinate with talent to ensure they are well-prepared and supported.
• Ensure that all necessary equipment and technology are available and functioning properly for production.
• Manage the technical aspects of streaming, including encoding, uploading, and ensuring compatibility with various streaming platforms.
• Review and approve content before it goes live, ensuring it meets quality standards of the channel's brand.
• Gather and incorporate feedback from viewers and stakeholders to continuously improve content quality.
• Monitor viewership data and analytics to assess the performance of programs and make data-driven decisions for future content.
• Keep up with industry trends and innovations in digital streaming to ensure the channel remains competitive and relevant.
• Provide creative input and ideas to enhance the channel's content and viewer experience.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during production, ensuring minimal disruption to the workflow.
• Qualifications:
• 1+ years experience as a Digital Streaming Producer or similar role
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field
• Skilled in digital content creation with experience in streaming/recorded content produced in OBS Studio
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and analytics including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more
• Ability to host/co-host shows in an on-camera capacity for a multi-platform audience
• Proficient in video and photo editing on Adobe Premiere and Adobe Photoshop a plus
• Project management skills a plus
• An entrepreneurial spirit
